Guest guest
A lot of people, including me :-) , have trouble eating only the recommended amount of nuts. Nuts are one of those things that you want to just keep eating and I usually do. That is why I don't buy them all the time. From reading past postings it appears to me that nuts and one of the most difficult foods to stop eating. They are about the only salty, crunchy food we are allowed. My big downfall are smoked almonds, but they don't seem to hinder my weight loss when I go overboard on them. ******* I think it would be best if I didn't buy the pistachio nuts anymore . They seem to also be a trigger for other things so...... ~~ in NJ~~So Many Books, So Little TimeModerator: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeeklyReads/Currently Reading: Shoot the Moon by Billie LettsThe Great Gatsby by F. Guest guest
Have you tried roasted soy nuts? I get them in bags in produce section. They look like popcorn kernels but are soft like nuts. They are nice and salty - a 1/3 cup serving has about half the fat of 1/4 cup serving of nuts. *******Thanks - will look for them the next time I'm at the supermarket. ~~ in NJ~~So Many Books, So Little TimeModerator: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeeklyReads/Currently Reading: Shoot the Moon by Billie LettsThe Great Gatsby by F.
