WW was definitely not for me. I always wondered why at 4 in the afternoon I was having terrible cravings that I couldn't control. The leaders never could help me figure out why. I found out later when I went on the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet that I'm a carb addict. I can't eat just one piece of bread or one cookie. It is such a relief to know now how to cut the cravings by cutting out carbs. I was never satisfied on WW.....always hungry. Anyway, it's good to have different programs for different people.
