Guest guest
Six months ago I decided to stop drinking any caffeine drinks. I went to decaffinated coffee and decaf soft drinks. I had a headache for a solid week. It was so bad and I didn't know it was from caffeine withdrawel. I thought maybe I had a sinus infection since I get these a couple of times a year and it felt like one. I went to the doctor and he said nothing was wrong with my sinuses. I couldn't believe it and he started asking me questions and when I told him I stopped all caffeine intake, he knew exactly what was causing my headaches. Well after the week they went away, and I have stayed off caffeine. Then when I started Phase 1 last week the first 3 days I had a bad headache. I think this must be caused by carb withdrawel. It went away after 3 days. Stick with it, the headaches do go away. I started the diet on 7/10 and have lost 5 1/2 lbs. so far. I start vacation this Saturday and also Phase 2 and I am looking forward to staying on plan. I have a bunch more energy (I don't know why) but I feel great!! -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ .
