Guest guest
Am I being crazy fanatic about this? Or am I not serious enough? I think I'm really confused now. It seems the deeper I dig about Nitrates/Nitrites, the more I'm learning that they are occurring in most foods even in unprocessed states, then more is created when processed, then more might be added by the manufacturer. But the point is that it's in most foods to begin with! So, it's hopeless trying to avoid it, right? The amount of effort it takes and the amount of cost increase it requires just doesn't seem to justify the tiny " possibility " of ingesting less, (LESS, not ZERO!) Nitrates/ites! What do you all think? I'm so confused... Angel
