I may go back soon though, if I don't do better on my own. Donna in PA Re: WW ---Not prepared to spend that weekly amount to be weighed in when I go to a doctor every week anyway.I do find WW to be expensive but for some people having to lay out that weekly cash helps justify why they need to do their best to lose the weight.Last time I was at WW was 20 years ago but I have co workers who use the present system of points. I would be so unfocused counting points but that's just me. I am very happy with SB. It's done for me in one short month what other diets have never seem to accomplish for me personally.
