Menu Planning & Steps for Foods....

Hello!

I am in MAJOR need of menu-planning. My husband and I have an Earth Fare,

Farmer's Market, Whole Foods, my garden (planting in a few months), friends who

raise pasture/grain animals.....at our disposal.

In the past, I have had problems iwht Candida. We DO have raw milk! :-)

What i need is not just a menu plan...but HOW do you accomplish it? Do you make

bread on Wednesdays? Ferment on Tuesday? Soak ALL your meat?

I am going to lose my husband to the " low cholestoral/low fat " people if I

can't get my act together.
