Hi ,

I finally got down to half of a .5 pill in the night and half of .5 in the

morning. I tapered really slowy, sometimes only cutting down every other

day.

I'm also going through a divorce which doesn't help but I'm graving sugar

more and more and the weeks go on and I do slip up. I've added the things

below but was wondering if I should add Glutamine I think it's called?

thanks,

Chad

**Glutamine is an excitatory amino acid that must be accompanied by certain

other amino acids to work appropriately. I don't think it is a good idea to

take it.

I'm sorry to hear about the divorce.

You haven't said how you feel physically.

Regards,

from the old emails:

Chad, get a bottle of Liver Essentials at www.swansonvitamins.com Follw the

directions on the bottle.

It may be time to try Inositol, too. www.puritanspride.com has it in bulk

powder for a very good price. Item # 003870 .

I've been taking magnesium 250mg and vit C 1000mg from 7-3pm,

Alternating between hours.

lethicin 3 x a day 520MG, fish oils 3 x a day 2000mg with meals

Ultra Toddy 1x in morning 1x in evening

Mineral Toddy 1x at noon, 1x late in evening.

diet has been changed completely.

Still smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.

I've also been taking a lot of Vit. C throughout the day. Allergy season is

here

and C seems to keep it at bay.

I take Clonazepam half of .5 at night and a whole pill of .5 in the morning.

The first week tapering off I had a little trouble sleeping, shakiness,

twitching and nervousness and during the second and third weeks I started

and still feel better,

meaning I don't feel like I’m going through withdrawals.

I started tapering on August the 27th.

Thanks for you help,

Chad
