Guest guest
I take 3000-4000 mg of Calcium per day (as part of my orthomolecular vitamin treatment). Right now, I am taking 1000 mg of Magnesium oxide per day. I also take Epsom salt baths almost every day to get more Magnesium in my body. Is this sufficient? (I know the ratio is 2:1 but I am afraid of taking more Magnesium as it might be harmful).>> ** I'd be more concerned about taking too much calcium. Get yourself a better quality magnesium. Of that 1,000 mg. you are getting a mere 100-200 mg. Oxide is a poor quality form of magnesium that is difficult to assimilate. Get citrate or aspartate. I would not do more than 1500mg. calcium. Why are you taking so much calcium? Regards,
