Sharing an " AHA! " moment: been following a fantastic healthful diet

since spring of last year, then decided (like most of the Western

World...thanks for that perspective in another post : )to

cheat a little. Had a significant portion of perogies with

(processed?) cheese stuffed in it yesterday and what a difference! My

eyes have been opened wide! I've been struggling with my eating and

weight for years and am seeing more clearer than ever right now that

the files in this forum about EATING HEALTHY being NON-NEGOTIABLE are

soo true! they have seriously changed my life for the better. here's

what I noticed yesterday:

-an immediate full (stuffed like a pig actually) feeling that

literally had me laying down in bed a few minutes after eating -

-instant tired feeling - it felt like I had just swallowed an

overdose of sleeping pills

-starving hunger when I woke up this morning

Instead of staying on that ADDICTING and DAMAGING path, I dragged

myself to the gym this morning after downing two 500ml bottles of

water, had a good workout, then ate boiled eggs for breakfast and am

feeling back on track again.

I can't say THANK YOU enough to this place and the wonderful and

bright and courageous people that make it happen......
