Guest guest
I personally did not cut out the caffeine although it is an appetite stimulant. I did not want to take on too many battles at the same time. I haven't cut out the caffeine, either. I have about 2 cups a day, and I enjoy it. I drink it with a little skim milk and no sweetner. It doesn't increase my appetite at all. Betty in RI

I believe there is a 2-cup limit per day. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. > Did anyone feel hungry during Phase 1? Yes, at times I was very hungry. > What are some tips if you do get hungry? Eat all you want from the Foods to Enjoy list. Eat until you aren't hungry any more. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@... Guest guest
Caffeine is actually an appetite suppressant, however, it can cause a spike in the blood sugar. I know this from the hypoglycemia I battled for years.
