You are so right to be upset!! I have had some pretty upseting

experiences with my doctor's early on and felt jerked around. For

some reason these doctors have lost have compassion and understanding

as to how their actions affect each person they come in contact with.

You hang in their and don't forget to let them know how their

handling of this has affected you. In other words, at the end of your

sessions or conversation with, say something like, " Oh by the way,

can I just vent for a moment.... "

Doctors in America are under a lot of pressure nowadays because of the

encroaching governmental regulations telling them what they can and

cannot do (both directly and indirectly, through insurance companies).

Imagine going through the excruciating rigor of med school only to be

hassled by know-nothing accountants telling you what procedure is and is

not warranted. And that's just the beginning.

PS: Here's one viewpoint on what's wrong with medicine today:

http://www.afcm.org/hcinar.html. I ask that people not reply to the

group concerning it--as certain as it is to be controversial, debating

over it is off-topic for this group.
