The headache is probably a part of your detox. Keep drinking your

water...that may help.

I haven't started SB yet, but I've been on Atkins for a year. I got terrible headaches and leg cramps for the first couple of weeks. They go away and then you'll feel GREAT!!!!!!!

Did anyone get a headache/s during Phase 1? Today is my first day on phase 1 and I've got a headache. I normally don't get them and was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.Thanks!Cheryl

Oh yes, headaches do happen. Take you favorite pain reliever with a big

glass of water. The headaches usually go away by the end of the first week.
