Megadosing Coconut Oil

Just wanted to say that I had very good results from megadosing on

coconut oil. Sunday I ate 10 tablespoons, Split into 3 doses with

food (though 2 of those meals was just raw kefir and mellow miso). My

bones and muscles felt extra lubricated the next day and I didn't have

any die-off or anything. My appetite seemed even stronger than usual

since as well.

Don't forget that I still ate plenty of raw butter, CLO, raw egg

yolks, etc...

I do get occasional yeast related problems (bloating, some white stuff

on my tongue in the morning, etc...) but I figured out it only happens

when a good amount of mercury is released in my system and doesn't

seem to matter whether I eat low carb or no carb.

Just thought I would give you guys a heads up, and tell you to eat

your coconut oil! I have been eating at least 6 Tablespoons a day

since then, after reading Chris's post saying 6 was considered

therapeutic. Before that I was eating only about 3-4 Tablespoons a day.
