Guest guest
Hi Cheryl! Phase 1 was pretty good for me, the first few days were a little rough, hubby and I both got a stomach flu that was going around, but after 4-5 days I was feeling great! Yes my cravings did really dissapear. the first couple of days I noticed that even after a HUGE meal, like maybe 30 minutes later I felt hungry again, my mind knew I wasnt hungry, but because my body was missing the carbs it felt like I was hungry when I wasnt. That went away after the first few days too. Some breakfast ideas that are not egg related: -LF Cottage cheese is really good, add some vegies (Chopped up tomato & cucumber etc), some people like eating the cottage cheese with splenda & cinamon mixed in. -I know some people that eat beans for breakfast, put a lil LF cheese on top, add some seasonings. -There are the various ricotta cremes that you can have. The mock danish, mock french toast etc. - I know a few people who eat left over vegies from dinner the night before. Diet coke is fine, Dr A says to limit it to 2 cups, or 2 cans diet coke. Caffiene stimulates the pancreas to produce insulin which in turn can cause cravings- so just watch that drinking it doesnt give you cravings, if not you should be fine. Diet Caffiene free sodas are unlimited. Best of luck! This is a really great diet!!! Darlene ********************************************************** > Hi there! Guest guest
Thanks for the info Darlene! What is mock french toast? Sounds yummy. I've already cooked chicken for breakfast tomorrow because I didn't have a chance to go to the store tonight and buy all my stuff. Cheryl > > Hi there! My name is Cheryl and tomorrow is the big day!
