Guest guest Posted June 24, 2004 Report Share Posted June 24, 2004 Just so you know, the newest update on carrots are they ARE allowed Phase 2 and 3....and i believe there is no limit. hey found the GI is not as bad as previously believed. Also in Phase 2 a 4 oz banana is now allowed.
