BUT, last year we were informed in the confirmation letter, that all financial matters were handled at the voucher office. I was reimbursed at the voucher office at the time of my visit. The letter outlined the meal stipend and what they would reimburse for the hotel so I would think that you should have taken care of it there. We just had to have the hotel receipt. I got a meal voucher, and cashed it down the hall at the cashier's office, then on my last day, gave vouchers office my hotel receipt and got a check from the cashier for the hotel reimbursement.
