Guest guest
Hi: I am now 4 months free from Cymbalta. I was taking 60 mg a day for 6 months, then I reduced 5 mgs each week, that is 8% weekly. My taper begin on March 23 and stopped on June 13, that is almost 3 months from 60 to 0 mg. The problem is that i am suffering little zaps on my head and sensation of tiredness or pressure on my eyes and some sleeping disturbances. It is possible that these are withdrawal symptoms after all this time?, I am not taking any drug at the moment, just some oil fish, bee pollen, and vitamin E. Thanks, Re: orthorexia Dear Kendra,** Regarding orthorexia, I do not want to see a big deal made of this. Diet is the key to mental health and it is best that people really focus on this. Orthorexia would not exist if we didn't live in a time where food supplies are are laden with chemical toxins and the standard American diet was so far afield from a healthy one. What people on the W & R list need to be focusing on is recovery, not another disorder. They don't need to be worrying about whether or not they have this disorder. I would pick up on this and deal with it if I saw signs of it.
