Guest guest
<<This may not be the right place to ask, but I'm not sure who else would know. I finished my zoloft in November, and I'm doing pretty good, however I have a phobia of the dentist. I'm ok to have a check or most recent to have a tooth pulled, but anything that requires a length of time in the chair sets me off into anxiety. ( I need to have an old filling removed and have a crown put on, I also have a crack in the tooth) I thought I was better and had even made an appt but few days before I was nervous wreck and my mind could think of nothing else. I tried to go to appt, but my legs felt like rubber, rapid breathing, you know all the symptoms of anxiety attacks. I even drank a chamomile/passion flower tea but it didn't help much. The dentist can prescribe 5mg of diazapam 1 hour before appt. I have never taken valium and was wondering if one time taking would hurt and if it really does help with the anxiety/panic. (EFT dosent' help much either and I don't think rotating cal and mag would help with this even though it does help in other areas) I've also looked up some of the Bach remedies that said to try Mimulus. Any comments on that ? Thanks, any input would be helpful. >> ** I'd recommend against diazepam. Your chemistry has been altered by other drugs. how you will react is unknown. Try the Mimulus beginning the day before and bring some Aconitum Napellus 30C (homeopathic) with you that day. Regards,
