Guest guest
, Welcome to GBIC! I'm 3 weeks post-op . . .I understand what you mean about getting out of bed-lol. It can be quite comical at times. I've found rolling on my side and lifting myself by pushing my elbow into the mattress works for me. {{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Elaine in Maine
Guest guest
- welcome to our group.the more you post the more we will get to know you and vice versa. my name is joyce; i live in florida. I am married, 55 y.o. and a social worker who is disabled at the moment. I have lost 280 lbs and am spending time in a wheelchair so I fear daily my " tush " expansion. Thank goodness, I go to PT 3x per week and that might help. Best of luck to you. Guest guest
My name is . I am new to the list and new to SB. I am hoping to start sometime this weekend as I need to go the grocery store and stock up. I read yesterday's posts so far and have already learned alot. I have one question - most likely for the moderator - how come I am not getting the individual e-mails. I have it set on individual e- mails and I have a yahoo account. Is there something on your end you can fix? If not, I will change my membership to this list to an account I know will work (hopefully).
