Guest guest Posted December 22, 2006 Report Share Posted December 22, 2006 Cauliflower soup 1 head of cauliflower 1 small onion diced 1/2 stick butter 1/2 lb velveeta cheese Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Add diced onions & butter in a pan of water 1/2 inch above the cauliflower cook until very soft. Add cheese until melted. Serve. This is my mom's recipe.
