Guest guest
I've been meaning to tell you all about this site. Lots of good info here and great looking recipes. I can't remember whether or not you have to become a member or not, but it is well worth it. I just get a notice on Sundays about what is new there, so I can check it out on my own time. http://groups.msn.com/SouthBeachDiet/homepage.msnw ********************** Just checked this out and now I'm not sure about if there is a cost or not. I know I found one which I think was the official site and that eventually did cost money. I think its where I signed up for The Daily Dish which has daily points of advice or interest to south beach members. ~~ in NJ~~So Many Books, So Little TimeModerator: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeeklyReads/Currently Reading: Islands by Anne Rivers SiddonsListening To: Joy School by BergOne for the Money by Janet EvanovichJust Finished: Without Blood by Alessandro Barrico (A)Dance with Me by Luanne Rice (B)Reading Schedule for Weekly Reads:July 15th - The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency by McCall August 31st - by Anya Seton
