The two things I'm working on right now are: cutting the nuts by half everynight and

eating my breakfast 1/2 hour after I get up

Why is eating breakfast within 1/2 hour important? Is it something that SB suggests, or just something personal for you?

Good to have a partner in crime although I don't know what good there is in numbers for our little infractions. LOL

In any event I am back on the beach this morning - I just had two eggs cooked in Pam and two slices of Candian Bacon. I am going to have to think of something else for breakfast - I'm kind of getting egged out.

Any suggestions?

I recently read somewhere it helps to boost your metabolism to eat within 20 min.

of waking up. Don't know if it will work or not, but worth a try.

Well thats good for me since I pretty much eat then. Do usually eat later than this?

If I had a large bag of pistachios, I'd never be able to stop either. Luckily I found a box of individually serving sized pistachio packets at Sam's!

I'll have to look for this next time I'm at Costco's.

Oh yes I'm one of those who wait until afternoon to eat. Very bad!

Oh I used to do this also. Skip breakfast and begin with lunch. But you are right in thinking that eating in the morning will start your metabolism which is very important and also as Agatston asserts you need to eat smaller meals during the day to avoid being hungry and keep your blood levels up.

>>Oh I'm soooo glad to have a partner in crime. That has been my downfall all along,

those nuts. I ate them all through losing my 21 lbs, but I never know when to stop

either. 1/4 cup just isn't enough for me. Well, finally last night I stopped eating them

halfway through and moved on to my dessert. Lets just take this one day at a time,

maybe we can do it together.

I was doing fine till dinner last night. We had friends over and I think I ate too much of the good stuff and some of the bad stuff. My new problem is that I bought a very large bag of pistachio nuts and instead of eating 30 I just seem to take handfuls so....... Today I will make packages of 30, take one a day and hide the rest until its that bags trun.<<
