Guest guest
Good morning everyone! Hope it's a beautiful, sunny, wonderful day where you are - here in NC it's sunny, humid and very, very hot. Drove to work in my DH's convertible - it was great!. Anyway, I managed to get past the hot, tired, thirsty, hungry feeling after DD's swim meet last night by staying on plan! It wasn't a pretty sight, but I did it. At 8:30 PM, I stood at the refrigerator door looking at the wine, then moved to the pantry and stared at the WW crackers, and then sighed and made my poached salmon salad for dinner. Yeah me! Today's plan is: B: two eggs, two Morningstar sausage patties, V8 juice, mocha with espresso, SF chocolate, skim milk, and Splenda S: celery, natural peanut butter L: cheese and chicken roll-ups moistened with ranch dressing S: LF cc with cinnamon and Splenda D: steak and salad If lunch seems too boring, I may run out to McD's or 's and get a salad. But, I doubt it - too hot and too expensive (in a variety of ways) for crummy food. The next few days are going to be pretty difficult (DD swim meet across state, both DDs going to sleep-away camp) - so next week, I promise, I'll get into the working out swing again. My goal for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is to create an eating plan and follow it. Have a great day everyone! Martha

Guest guest
Thanks, I had no idea. I've got the list but my mind just remembered seeing the word " chicken " . Bummer. I like the legs and thighs much better than the breasts. LOL Joyce - Ohio Re: Day #3 hi joyce not to be a bummer here, but only chicken " breast " is allowed in phase 1, i'm not sure about the other phases. -padget > Well, this is my 2/5 day (I started in the middle of the day so I've > actually been on it two full days completely. > > Today: > Breakfast - 2 eggs > Lettuce Salad with no dressing > Iced Tea w/Splenda > > Snack - None (forgot to pack one this morning because I was > late) > Diet Rite Tangerine Soda > Lunch - Pork Chop from home > Iced Tea w/o sweetener > > Snack - Red Bell Pepper > - 2 stalks Celery > - Iced Tea w/Splenda > > Supper (haven't had it yet, but it will by > - BBQ Chicken Leg & Thigh > - Lettuce Salad with Tomatoes & Cauliflower > - Ranch dressing - 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mixed with 1 > tsp water > - Club Soda > > Snack - Celery and cauliflower with the same Ranch Dressing > mix. > - I'll probably add another piece of Chicken at this > time, too > > Joyce - Ohio Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb.
