Guest guest
You might try making a mock cereal from LF Ricotta Cheese, skim milk, cinnamon and sweetener. Warm, it tastes a lot like cream of wheat. Can you give the recipe? What I mean is, how much Ricotta, how much milk, how do you heat it and for how long? Guest guest
It’s a good thing you asked because I forgot one of the ingredients. 1/3 cup ricotta Cheese ¼ cup flax seed ¼ tsp cinnamon (or to taste – I like more) low fat milk to make it the consistency you prefer Microwave for about 30 seconds (varies by microwave – and I like mine luke warm, you might like it hotter) Sweeten to taste Joyce - Ohio Re: Re: Help with breakfast In a message dated 7/11/2004 6:28:25 PM GMT Standard Time, kdumire@... writes: You might try making a mock cereal from LF Ricotta Cheese, skim milk, cinnamon and sweetener.
