Guest guest
I'm on a gluten-free diet and for the past few months, I've noticed that I frequently get stuffed up from eating cheese, especially if I've had a lot. I'm not sure if other forms of dairy make me stuffed up, since I eat cheese much more often than I have kefir or sour cream. Being stuffed up is the main symptom I still get if I eat gluten. Am I damaging my body by eating dairy? Staying off gluten is much easier than staying off dairy because I love cheese so much! I'm tempted to ignore this symptom, but I don't want to hurt myself in the long run.
