Guest guest
hi there my name is padget and i'm very excited to start phase 1 of the sbd next week (after the holiday). i've been on weight watchers since january and have lost 19 lbs. i have 30 to go to get to my ideal goal weight (135). weight watchers has been good to me, but i cannot lose this sugar craving and i end up using all my points for bad foods. thus, i have a low energy level. i'm looking forward to sharing tips, recipes and encouragment with y'all. -padget
