I found a list of phase 1 foods and a meal adapting plan- Is that was was being referred to? Thanks I am having a hard time finding time to actually make meals, I am living on snacks alone this week. : ( ********************************************************************** The information contained in this communication is confidential, is intended only for the use of the recipient named above, and may be legally privileged. Guest guest
morning everyone, i have a recipe for a flaxseed muffin, that i have eaten for the last year and besides the fact that i find the taste utterly addictive, it resolved my regularity issue when i started low carbing. now i know that this is not low carb, but good carb and i have already seen how just after 3 days of eating tons of vegetables that issue no longer exists.. but.. having typed that... i would like to know if i share the recipe here if any of you would be able to tell me if it would be SB friendly and perhaps just changing one or two ingredients, ex. heavy cream (gulp) to fat free... if it would be doable. i didn't want to post the recipe till someone responds and gives me the green light. thanks in advance smiles from jodi in miami

Guest guest
Mmmm - they sound yummy. The only potential problem I can see is the protein powder. I have no idea what's in that. I hope someone else will comment, too. I'm printing!
