Maybe it's caffeine causing the trouble. Once I bought some regular tea. I drank a few cups and it took me days to get back to normal! They are truly delicious and are sweetened with Splenda. They also make great Italian sodas and can be used in marinades & cooking as flavoring, too. So far, my favorites are: chocolate, white chocolate, vanilla and hazlenut. I can't wait to try the others!
