Guest guest
** Please tell your story, include all drugs, doses, and dates begun as well as dates ended. Include a 4 day food and drink diary. There's a huge hole here. What pre-dated these headaches? Hlow old are you? What physical problems have you had in the past? Have you ever taken a psychotropic drug prior to this? What kind of stress has been in your life the passt 5 years? Not even sure if i have anxiety. If anything i have anxiety because i went to the doc because of a massive headaches that wont go away and he takes my bp and its 210/110 and prescribez ziac. I go back a week later still having massive headaches and he then says he thinks the headaches are because of ziac. he then prescribes verapamil. My bp is 140/85 now so big improvement. 2 weeks later i start getting nervous shakes, restless legs, bouncing kneee up anddown while on the computer, etc. I go back and he prescribes clonozapam. A week later i go back for follup and he prescribes me amitryptline to take before bedtime. No i dont feel addicted. I guess its working some. its only been 2 weeks. I drink water with lemon and cayenne, i dont drink or smoke, i am following a good diet, i exercise and i take one cayenne and garlic and hawthorne capsule after dinner. I also take 3 vitamin c a day and magnesium and a chocalate calcium. My headaches are by my temples and next to my ears and not something that comes and goes, but somethingthat is there 24 hours a day. I think the clonozapam works better than the headache med he prescribes but not sure. Ask away any questions or help, thanks chris
Guest guest
Okay i woke up about 3 months ago with acid reflux after having a big weekend of playing tennis in hot weather and drinking alotg of gatorades . I wasnt on any meds at the time .. Im 34 years old . I then started taking prilosec , drinking apple cider vinegar and taking acidophilus. It did take away 80 percent of the acid reflux if thats what it even was. I then started having massive headaches next to my temples. NO IVE NEVER HAD HEADACHES OR REFLUX BEFORE THIS AND I DONT KNOW THE EXACT DAYS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TODAY IS EITHER. I then went to the doctor about 2 1/2 months ago . No ive never had high blood pressure or been on any meds ever . He then takes my blood pressure and its 210/110. I tell him about my headaches, acid reflux, left ear ringing, ear congestion, . He then prescribes me a headache med that has cafeine, codeine, acetompetaphine . He then prescribes ziac bisopolor for the bp. He also prescribed loratadine for nose and ear congestion . My headaches are right next to my ears on my face just millimeters next to whatever you call the thing that sticks out next to the ears and the temple area, not on the temples, but right above. Nowhere else. I stopped drinking soft drinks the first day i got the reflux and havent drank one since. I dont drink or smoke . I go back a week later and my bp has gone down and its 145/85 but still having the headaches. okay the headaches are not something that just comes and goes. Its there 24 hours a day, but sometimes just more intense, like i put my fingers on the spot where i have the headache and i feel it pounding along with pressure above the temples. He then says he thinks its the ziac causing the headaches which makes no sense and prescribes me verapamil because its for bp and headadches. My bp is ok now but i still have the headaches, sometimes almost dizzy but not dizzy. I then go back for a follow up 2 weeks ago and 3 days before i started getting nervousness, restless legs, rotating feet, bouncing knee up and down and even typing faster and breathing in and out alot . As far as i know i dont have anxiety. If your asking if i have anxiety i would have to say no i dont know why. Everything in my life is just fine, unless you want to say my anxiety is because my headaches wont go away and wondering if my bp is good as a reason. He prescribes me clonzapam 2 mg to take twice a day. I only take it once a day at 6 pm. I take my verapamil at 11 30 am . I wake up at 11 am ct. Go to bed at 3 am . I do wake up around 7 or 8 and eventually fall asleep again. I then go back a week later which was 8 days ago and he presscribes me amitriptyline and he even said he could take i had bad anxiety and shaking from my last visit. Not sure why he prescribed it , maybe he wanted to see if the clonozapam was working or if i had anxiety then. I take one amitriptyline before bed. I take it at midnight and it does help make me fall asleep but i do wake up drowsy and feel like that for awhile. No physical problems in the past. No ive never taken a psyochotropic drug. You mean im taking a psychotropic drug?? If so i had no idea, doesnt say nothing like that on the brochure. My meal log would be , wake up take the verapamil with a glass or apple or orange juice. 30 min later i would eat a salad with all the goodies vs eating mcdonalds double cheeseburger and fries and coke. ' I now drink water with lemon with a dash of cayenne powder. I will then eat a apple or orange or glass of cranberry juice if im hungry instead of ice cream or doritos. I exercise 4 days a week walking or riding the bike, i do a total body workout lifting weights once or twice a week at 6pm ct. I take the clonozapam right after . I then take one acidophilus an hour later and then eat dinner an hour later. Just an average meal . One day might be chicken , and potatoes , next day grilled chicken salad, next day chili, etc After dinner i take one cayenne, and hawthorne and garlic capsule. I then play on the net or watch tv until bedtime . I then take the amitrypline at midnight and then stay on net or do something until i fall asleep. Im also rubbing in massage oil into my head and temples which i think is working some. No im not addicted to anything im taking . Only thing i can think of that i was addicted to was drinking a liter of coke or mt dew a day and i havent drank one in 3 months so maybe im having side effects of that. I have lost ten pounds, very slow metabolism. Most would of lost more weight likely; I am 300 pounds and a big time weightlifter, . I call myself a generic pro. Meaning i can incline bench 400 and squat and deadlift 800 which is good but not good enough to wina pro meet. No ive never taken anything for my lifting except creatine but i stopped that a couple years ago. I did take xenadrine or ripped fuel 2 hours before i lifted for a long long time but stopped when i got the reflux. Is that good enough, best i could do. thanks chris from kyh ps: I guess im asking what i can take instead of a bp meds, and the headache med, and the other 2 meds. Most herbs say not to take with the meds , but i was told they do that for legal reasons. > > ** Please tell your story, include all drugs, doses, and dates begun as well as dates ended.
