Canned Wild Salmon - Brands/Metallic Taste

I'd like to start by saying I know ideally I should be avoiding canned

foods. However, since my food bill has been even higher (now that I'm

starch free and low salicylate), I'm going to have to start consuming some

things out of cans.

I've been consuming pink salmon from Rain Coast Trading. Its kind of pricy,

so I picked up a few other brands that are wild caught, including Bumble

Bee's wild red sockeye which looked like a real deal.

I'm finding the Bumblebee brand is very metallic. I will end up eating it

all as I have nothing else for lunch today, but it is bothering me. The

taste isn't quite copper - its something else that I am not as familiar

with. It is a redder salmon than the others I am used to so I'm left

wondering: Is this extra metallic taste normal?

What is the best brand of canned wild salmon?
