Okay, a few more bites later and I'm convinced this is definately not

normal. I got a shock of mild heart pain and that wised me up. (I used to

get those all the time - but had gotten rid of them when my diet got ironed

out.) I'm hungry, but I just physically can't eat anymore. Is one can of

bad fish worth worrying about?

Hi Lana,

My favorite is Trader Joes Wild Alaskan Salmon. My second favorite

is Trader Joes Red Salmon.
