Kinda OT: Book on Enzymes? Reccomendations?

Hi all,

I figured you would be the best to ask about this. I'm looking for a very

detailed book on Enzymes. Specificially I am interested in what enzymes are

based off of what minerals, and what they are used in the body for. Does

anyone know what title I should be purchasing to get this kind of detail? I

don't mind if its a real school book that's pricy, I might even prefer that

as long as it does what I need.
