Guest guest
I bought TJ's WW pita and WW reduced Carb WW tortillas yesterday. I haven't tried them yet since I start phase 2 tomorrow (DH goes to phase 2 on Wednesday). --Laurie > Here's an easy recipe for whole wheat tortillas that are completely In a pinch, Trader Joe's WW tortillas and WW pita breads are also SBD friendly and don't cost an arm and a leg. Guest guest
Pastry flour.......is that different from regular flour? I may try making my own tortillas. We've spent a fortune on ones that aren't even legal for me to eat. LOL in California > Here's an easy recipe for whole wheat tortillas that are completely > SBD friendly. Guest guest
Can anyone tell me if any of the Atkins products are ok for us? In the UK I can't buy whole wheat tortillas, only whole wheat bread. On their UK site I see things like Keto breadcrumbs which are high in protein and fibre, and that would be good to have, but I don't know if we can use any of the Atkins stuff at all. I know it is expensive, but that is all there is to have here! - Caroline Rec: Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas Here's an easy recipe for whole wheat tortillas that are completely SBD friendly.
