I bought TJ's WW pita and WW reduced Carb WW tortillas yesterday. I

haven't tried them yet since I start phase 2 tomorrow (DH goes to

phase 2 on Wednesday).

In a pinch, Trader Joe's WW tortillas and WW pita breads are also SBD

friendly and don't cost an arm and a leg.

Pastry flour.......is that different from regular flour? I may try

making my own tortillas. We've spent a fortune on ones that aren't

even legal for me to eat. LOL

---It's still white flour but different texture for baking breads

cakes etc. Why not buy Whole Wheat flour and try making some?

Can anyone tell me if any of the Atkins products are ok for us? In the UK I can't buy whole wheat tortillas, only whole wheat bread. On their UK site I see things like Keto breadcrumbs which are high in protein and fibre, and that would be good to have, but I don't know if we can use any of the Atkins stuff at all. I know it is expensive, but that is all there is to have here! - Caroline
