Guest guest
Hi: I posted an e-mail a few days ago, but it seems that nobody has given his opinion. I took magnesium citrate (powder from Vitacost) I started at one teaspoon a day, but immediately I feel my stomach growling and very loose stools. Very umcomfortable. Do I have to stop the Magnesium? or maybe reduce the dose? comments please Re: What natural products and vitamins do people here use yes but i don't know how , i cant take both a drug and a natural susbstance. My diet is already good. > >> > i take amitryptline before i go to bed, and bp med in the afternoon>.> >> > As far as i know i dont have anxiety except maybe wondering why my bp> > was high and if it will go up again. Guest guest
, I didn't get your email in my box...maybe it went astray. I get diarhea from magnesium citrate too. And other magnesium supplements until I found a slow release form of magnesium dilamate. But before trying something else try a smaller amountof the citrate and increase the dose slowly as tolerated...also take it spread out through the day. This works for many people. It did not work for me, however. If that fails, I get my magnesium from Jigsaw Health and it's Magnesium SRT. It seems to have helped me. Hopefully if you need to go that route they will mail to your country. And oh, not only did I have to change magnesium...I also had to take a strong probiotic to help the diarhea. And I've started on flax seed meal. You'll have to experiment. Good luck. Duran wrote: Hi: I posted an e-mail a few days ago, but it seems that nobody has given his opinion. Guest guest
Hi : Thanks so much for the info. I know that every organism is different and we respond at so many ways to supplements. I am going to spread that teaspoon through the day. 1/4 teaspoon 4 times a day. We'll see. Something that is helping me a lot is Royal Jelly capsules to get more energy, Thanks so much, Re: What natural products and vitamins do people here use yes but i don't know how , i cant take both a drug and a natural susbstance.
