Susie,

I know how you feel, I get that same email about 5 times a day.... it really

irritates me since I am not a male... and lately I have been getting email for

porn with pictures in the email of naked women... I truly do not appreciate this

popping up on my screen at all... but like you say it is almost impossible to

stop... I have tried my best too....

I try not to let that stress me so much, since other things in my life are

stressful to begin with... I teach high school (and one middle school class -

very stressful)... and I am in the middle of a divorce.... but I manage to keep

a handle on my numbers being in a decent range...

all the e-mails

promising they can " increase my penis length by 1-3 inches. " Stress

is bad for us diabetics. I hope a solution can be found. Anyway ...

welcome back!

Susie

If anyone on this list knows how to " Opt out "

would you please be so kind to let me know?

I just hate getting more spam messages per

day than actual e-mail no matter *what* the

subject matter is.

Thank you very much,

Porn spam apparently comes from Yahoo. There is a screen where you can

" opt-out " of the spamming email and I can never remember where it is. Might

be something to do with options - maybe someone else on this list knows how

to get to it? Opting out has solved most of my spam problems and the porn

is gone. Of course, Yahoo won't tell us up front about this.

Susie, where in NC are you? I also live in NC. It is hard going through

your family treasures. I agree about the smoking. My youngest son has

Asthma and all kinds of complications with it, my husband quit smoking 2

years ago and that has been a blessing.

I am in , about halfway between the mountains and the ocean. Right

at the VA line. That area does have a " unique " accent. Where are you

originally from? I have lived here all my life and although we do have a

southern twang, it isn't like the mountain areas.

Good Evening, I know the uninvited mails that you are talking about, they try to

cover their tracks with a fake remove link, it never works and will be returned

to you, but it is easy to take care off, block sender, I think that my list is

about two miles long now... using yahoo or one of the other web based emails,

you just use the this is spam or bulk listing, and then periodically empty the

bin... about the only way that you can do it, short of making your settings to

where only approved address's get through, and for me that is personally more

trouble than it is worth...
