Guest guest
I made my first batch of beet kvass a couple weeks ago and it turned out great! For my second batch, a thin whitish film is growing on top. Do I need to throw it out? I know for sauerkraut you can just skim the gunk off the top and what below is still good. But since Beet Kvass is a liquid, I don't think I'll be able to skim it off without it miking into the kvass below. Any ideas to help? Thanks, Gemma
