Guest guest
I just wanted to update you on how my daughter " Honey " (15yo wishing to wean from 25mg/day Zoloft) She seems to be doing feeling much better than when I spoke with you on the phone, . I imagine it is a combination of several things: 1 She is *trying* to eat better (more veggies and less refined carbs and more protein is what she is striving for right now. I have not asked that she completely cut refined carbs yet-didn't want to make this a struggle. We will work more whole grains in gradually as we decrease the refined stuff.) 2 She has been taking the supplements you recommended since we received them on Dec 20th. 3 She has not had school which has been a major stressor for her. School is out until Jan 3, when she will return. She has though, not been living without stressors. we are in the process of remodeling here (building a bedroom for her) and she has helped a lot and has also worked hard to help keep the rest of the house going while my husband and I are working. A few weeks ago, I think this might have contributed to a lot of tears and upsets with her. but she has done fine and has been pretty positive and upbeat. " Honey " has not had a panic attack or anything close to it (at least that I have seen or she has told me about), since Dec 17th. Just wanted to fill you in and let you know how things were going. I look forward to when " Honey " is ready to start decreasing the Zoloft. Thanks for all you have done for us! Amy in MN ** Thanks for the update, Amy. I agree that being o vacation from school has helped. Regards,
