Guest guest
I have a friend whose husband will have the stomach surgery for weight loss (not the gastric bypass, but the non-permanent wrap) in December. She is looking to learn about nutrient dense eating as he will be able to consume 3 oz. of food at a time after the surgery. At 524 lbs. he will be processing a phenomenal amount of toxins with the tremendous weight loss. I'm not sure she realizes this exact aspect, but simply having the desire to pack the most into those 3 oz. is great! She needs a quick education. I have suggested some resources, but thought others might be aware of some resources I'm not familiar with as I am relatively new to the whole thing myself. Any suggestions about exact foods or considerations for this situation are also welcome. Thanks for your help and I'm sure they will appreciate it as well.
