Guest guest
Hi all,new to group,I was wondering if anyone ever experienced insomnia when weening off Paxil and(or)xanax? Is this common? SAM ** It's completely normal for this to happen, Sam. Please post more details including what period of time you have reduced the drugs and how much each time. If you take a look at the articles in our files you'll see that if you are dropping more than 10% at a time on these drugs, and not waiting in between each decrease to feel as well or better than you felt prior to the decrease, then you are going too fast and you are causing harm to yourself that will result in being ill longer than you need to be.
