Good Morning, I have held back and just read all the messages, I

would like to tell you I have had no sugar for years. I use " Stevia "

it is a natural plant. no chemicals It has to be bought at a health

food store or on line. I have a measuring spoon that says " smidgin "

and one of those sweetens my 2 cup coffee cup of coffee in the

morning. It only takes a very small amount when my bottle gets low I

can buy it bulk at the health food store. 1/2 cup of stevia will

last a very long time. and completly chemical free.

Thanks to everyone for the really good hints and recipes. I still

have 60 pounds to lose, it is going very slow for me.I am a 67 year

old widow and have no one to worry about but myself when it comes to

cooking.

I will stay another week on phase 1, today would be the last day but

Hi Marie,

I lost 2 lbs. in phase 1 - not the " 8-13 " that is touted.

My loss is 10.5 lbs. to date - i am pleased and would like to lose an additional

10 lbs.

Stick with it!

I totally hate stevia. It is like......sawdust or something. Or tiny shreds of cloth. It doesn't dissolve well and just really ruins a cup of tea or cereal. The taste is sort of bitter too. Splenda is the best I've ever had.
