I know this was a scary ordeal but I am sure glad you are all OK and

maybe this young man will wear a seat belt from now on

you are exactly right girl our DR only recommends b-12,one multi,iron

for menstruating women , and tums so where would I be without this great

group . They also recommend no protein supplements
