Anybody know how to get REAL help from Yahoo?

And I DON'T mean their worthless help pages. I mean a real person. My email

accounts have starting bouncing several times over the last couple of weeks.

I can't seem to get anything from them except their canned useless responses

and it's starting to PISS ME OFF. LOL

I assume you are talking about emails from a Yahoo Group? If so, go

to the website and click on Edit My Membership. Somewhere in there,

you should be able to " unbounce " yourself. Hope this helps. As far

as getting a real person???????? Forget it. LOL

I have the same problem. My Yahoo accounts have been bouncing recently.

However, my accounts have been no where near capacity to cause it.

I'm getting increasingly irritated with yahoo.

I've unsubscribed from 3-4 groups that I didn't use enough and am still getting mail. I know it takes about a week, tops, to unsub, but this was a MONTH ago.

Yahoo's customer service is AWFUL.

In the past I've replied to the auto-replies and asked for a real

person response and it worked. I don't know how to actually talk to

a real person on the phone though if that's what you mean.
