Guest guest
LOL I am never hungry and there is no reason (except mental) that you should be hungry. On SB or WW. Also, when was the last time you tried WW? The plan is so different with the Points system. It is not a diet. As the same as SB. It is not a diet but a lifestyle change. Guest guest
Oh, I get it - I only THINK I'm hungry! (Did you hear that, tummy?) No, I'm hungry on WW because my points range does not provide enough food for me - and that's pretty darn physical, girlfriend! I'm not going to live on broccoli - maybe that's the mental aspect. I was on it last summer - briefly, because I just couldn't do it anymore. A website, maybe Dotties Weight Loss Zone, has an old WW plan that says you have to eat liver twice a week! Obviously, as we all become more educated about food, we are able to make better choices as individuals. Guest guest
I heard something on television about hunger pains, and although it is little consolation, perhaps it will be found interesting. They said that the hunger pains were your indication that your body was beginning to eat the fat in your body. In other words no pain no loss, LOL...Kel Re: WW vs. SB/reply to Anne> LOL>> I am never hungry and there is no reason (except mental) that you shouldbe> hungry. Guest guest
--I heard that too! It was Oprah when she had on her trainer Bob Greene talking about her weight loss and training for the marathon etc. He said that is why we should not consume one morsel of anything except water after 7pm. When you feel that grumbling in your tummy etc. it is a sign your body is burning fat!!Since watching that show, I try not to eat anything but admit, sometimes with my diabetes, I find I need a little piece of Laughing Cow cheese to regulate my blood sugar for the nite otherwise its incredibly high in the a.m. - In South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right , " weighter " <weighter@s...> wrote: > OK, now I'm totally grossed out. > > LOL > > > Re: Re: WW vs. SB/reply to Anne > > > I heard something on television about hunger pains, and although it is little consolation, perhaps it will be found interesting.
