I actually started looking into the diet b/c Bette Midler looks great b/c of it. I saw her on a talk show and as soon as she came out I wondered what she was doing. She said that she looked into atkins but it was to complicated (which I agreed with) so I decided to give this a chance. Maybe I heard it from her.
