Tom, you are entitled to your beliefs as stated but on this board IT IS APPROPRIATE to ask for prayers in behalf of one of our friends here. I am sorry if you are offended but the solution is simple enough. If you believe in prayer and want to pray for somone DO IT. If you dont PLEASE RESPECT THE RIGHT OF OTHERS HERE WHO WISH TO ASK FOR AND SEND PRAYERS. in Pa.

Guest guest
Realize that asking for prayer is a request. If you don't wish to grant it, don't. If you don't like what we request here perhaps you are in the wrong group. Prayer, meditation and the belief in god are things that this group holds dear. Perhaps you should re-think being a part of this group. Are you a part of this group? This is the first time I have ever seen your name. Perhaps it should be the last! Guest guest
Tom...I am sorry to say, but it was GOD who gave me the peace and strength to get thru this surgery..and NOW that I have my life back , I am serving HIM everyday with the strength of my new glorious body. I RARELY will fuss with anyone about petty little issues, but I WILL stand up on this one. DO NOT Put prayer in quotes as if it is somehow false. MANY here will attest to you that it is in NO WAY false. I found your post VERY offensive. In the future I will delete as I suggest that you do..when you see prayer requests. > > realize that as a public > > forum, sending posts asking for " prayer " is not as appropriate as you may > > > think > > > > Tom in Pennsylvania. >
Guest guest
I agree Bruce I will always continue to pray and serve God as long as I live. If you do not believe in God Tom it is truly your loss and I will pray for you !
