Guest guest
Hi Everybody, I just finished Phase 1. I certainly lost inches - no doubt about that, but curiously, only lost a total of 4.5 pounds - and I'm done with my " monthly. " I was quite fastidious about following the plan, too. Nevertheless, I am embarking on Phase 2. Anybody else have this experience of minimal weight loss on Phase 1? Thanks, Viola
Guest guest
My husband lost only 4 pounds but notices a difference in the way his pants fit. I lost 9 which is at the low end of what he says you’ll lose. We went on to phase 2 yesterday. And I gained a pound LOL But I assume I’ll yo-yo it a bit before it’s gone for good. Anybody else have this experience of minimal weight loss on Phase 1? Thanks, Viola ..
Guest guest
I only lost 4 pounds. A lot depends on your previous diet, how much you need to lose, your age, activity level, etc. Don't be discouraged - you'll do great! Guest guest
I should emphasize that I definitely look smaller, so I know that although the scale results are meager, there's defintely a lot less of me!!! Now I'm on Phase 2 - it's so odd to be eating an apple or a plate of whole wheat pasta!! I'll see if the weight loss continues. . .
