Those do sound yummy..

Don't want to be the wet blanket... but, the first ingredient is flour. Is that white flour? Or, whole wheat flour? (are the wraps whole wheat?)

They do sound yummy!!! And, a great amount of fiber!

Just know that if the flour is white flour, it *could* possibly affect your blood sugar due to being digested more quickly. The fiber should help some with that. As long as you are aware, you are good to go!

Yummy Wraps I found!

Just thought I'd share...I found these wraps yesterday called Cal-wraps...they are advertised on pkg as carb reduced, have no trans fat or hydro oils. Ing are flour, water, soy flour, corn starch, wheat gluten, canola oil, baking powder. Total fat is 4 grams, 0 sat. 0 cholesterol and 10 GRAMS of fiber!! They are so tasty too! :) I found them at Wegmens here in State College Pa.

I saw SB friendly WW tortillas at Trader Joe's this afternoon. I'll

probably buy some next weekend, as I start phase 2 a week from

Tuesday.

I'd think that with the flour, they're not SB friendly?

No sugar. Do these sound SBD friendly to you?

I don't have the ingredient list for the Trader Joe's wraps, but

those ingredients look awfully familiar. I think they are SBD

friendly!
