Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 Are these SB legal? ingredients:wheat flour( am I correct that if it doesn't say whole wheat flour its bad?) water, soybean oil, yeast and salt. The other thing is the soybean oil ok in things? I am having trouble finding tortillas and I'd like to be able to find some to have at lunch a few times a week when i get to phase 2 because they are so thin and better to eat than bread. They are made with whole wheat flour, and are SBD legal. I find them at Super Walmart.
