I miss you guys... I hope to get things settled here today and get back to my normal schedule and get caught up. I just received an email from Norton saying that the issue on that computer is a virus.... so maybe that one will be taken care of soon. I just need the father to get the puter back to me again... I'm sure glad he's a patient man!!

I went to bed on time last night.... if the other two can't do what they say, when they say, I'm not missing out on any more sleep to accommodate them and make up for their irresponsibility....

... for a customer that pays for my service I will... don't get me wrong.. but these two aren't... whole long story there... short version... I used to do a LOT of computer work for folks that couldn't afford to pay...I get 'future considerations' (rides, gifts, whatever) or they'd pay when they could. But, even though of few of my folks are still honorable with this... several no longer are.. they never cover the debt down the road yet still want me to do the work... and this time are getting rude about timing. Like I'm supposed to just stop my life to accommodate them...

Gosh, this is so hard to explain... To help a friend in need makes you feel good. To have a friend use that friendship as leverage to get something out of you is not right....

Does that make sense?

I want to feel good about what I do. I don't want someone to scream at me for not doing something to fix what they decided not to do themselves because of their laziness in one day because they didn't do something for weeks, or in one case, months...

eeekkkkk I'm rambling.. I'll stop... I still have a ton of stuff before I leave today... I need to get that all done... then I can come back here and be me again, right?

We miss you too --- and ramble away –

for all you have done for those of us here, we can certainly be a sounding

board, esp when sometimes that’s all it takes to get it out. I think it

is wonderful that you are helping these people, but not if they are going to

take advantage and be rude about charity, or stress you out and screw with your

health. Sometimes a little “tough love” is in order, and if that

doesn’t work and they still want to be rude, tell them they can stick

their ’puter….well, yadda-yadda-family-site- you get it.

It looks like the meds got forwarded... the gal that I was to tutor today just blew me off until Friday.... So I'm taking a few hours and spending it here, with you guys....

It's way more fun to spend time with folks with heart!!!
